ABOUT ME: 4/6 Splenic Projector
On the surface, I’ve lived a great life full of adventure and success. And while that’s true, what is also true is that underneath it all, I’ve really struggled to accept myself. I have lived with eating disorders, regular cycles of burn out, and feeling really lost amidst it all. My not-self ruled my life, as it does for everyone else.
After going very deep into spiritual communities and practices, I realised how most of it was misguided and playing off my ‘open head’ not-self (Human Design). That was a humbling realisation, and what has grown out of those ashes is a version of me that has completely reframed my relationship with food, my body, with boredom, and a continuous desire to numb out and feel less.
I was shown just how energetically and interpersonally sensitive I am, which would explain why I maintained the pattern that started in childhood of overeating and withdrawing. I have excellent Human Design teachers to thank for this. It really has shown me a way so practical and unique that I cannot look the other way. I can’t go back to living the old way. And thank God for that.
I feel a lot less bitterness now. I have formed new relationships with my periodic anxiousness and existential angst, and don’t take these moments to heart. I trust that life will unfold for me ‘just right’. I can make decisions without feeling mentally encumbered by anxiety or stress. It sounds simple, but it is remarkable. This Human Design experiment keeps proving itself to me, and I love the person that is surfacing through my deconditioning process.
It’s really, really important for me to find my own way. To share my uniqueness, my natural gifts, my originality, my story with the world. And so, this is what I bring to my work, my friends, and my family; support, respect, and encouragement to be different.
I love the sun on my skin, swimming, experiencing new cultures, and being silly with friends. I am an opportunist role model (4/6) and I’m here to squeeze as much out of life as I can – but in a completely passive, receptive, relaxed, and embodied way.

Here’s my Human Design chart; I’m a 4/6 Splenic Projector on the RAX of Eden.
It tells you that I am wilful and intuitive; the creative egoist. I care about my people, my tribe. I am passionate about freeing lives; which is what Human Design does. If it’s on your fractal, you’ll know.
My openness makes me wise, because the seven open centres are constantly sampling others’ energy. I am becoming a bit of a kung-fu master of the not-self! 🥋
As a Projector, I am not here as a builder of the world – that’s the domain of Generators! My energy is limited. Projector currency is recognition and attention. Where we put our attention, our energy follows.
I was born onto the RAX of Eden. Our Cross grabs us, and this only happens by living out our Design. This Cross teaches that the Garden of Eden and the pleasure found within, never really goes away, no matter the circumstances.
“Wait for the invitation”. It is only through correct recognition and invitation that we save ourselves from the bitterness that is inherent in us. Through the correct invitation, all the locks click into place and everyone gets what they need.
“Success” – the Projector Signature, not to be mistaken for pre-conditioned ideas of success. This is a deeply personal signature frequency unique to each Projector, achieved through embodying one’s gifts enough to be recognised for our wisdom.
If you are a Projector, please love yourself. You have so much to offer this world. Remember that your greatest gift is the gift of recognition, both to give and receive. Rest is not a luxury but a right, and finding your mastery is your key to receiving the recognition that you so deeply crave.
